UBI is inevitable.
Now we build the how.
History is not written by those who waited for permission. It is built by those who began.
THE PROBLEM
The numbers are not projections. They are already here. The IMF estimates that roughly 40% of jobs globally face meaningful exposure to AI capabilities, a figure that rises to 60% in high-income economies.[1] The World Economic Forum projects 92 million roles displaced by 2030, while 170 million new ones emerge. But 59 out of every 100 workers will need retraining, and employers expect 11 of them will not make it.[2] The transition is not a bridge. It is a wall. In 2025, billionaire wealth reached a historic high, and billionaires are now 4,000 times more likely to hold political office than ordinary people.[3] The richest 1% own nearly 45% of all wealth, while 44% of humanity lives below the World Bank poverty line of $6.85 per day.[4] At current growth rates and without reducing inequality, it will take more than a century to end poverty.[5] This is not a crisis on the horizon. This is the present tense of human civilization, and it is accelerating. Governments are not moving fast enough. Institutions are not built for this scale. And the people most affected have the least voice in designing the solutions. UBI is not a utopia. It is an infrastructure response to a systemic failure. The question was never if humanity would need it. The question, the only question that matters now, is how.
ABOUT
The world does not need another debate about UBI. It needs a place to build it. Ubiforus is a global repository dedicated exclusively to one question: how. How it will be funded. How it will be implemented. How it will transform every territory differently. This is where that construction begins.
HOW IT WORKS
Ubiforus is built on a simple conviction: the best ideas earn their place. Users post, discuss, and react and reputation grows exclusively through recognition from others, not from how much you publish. New contributors start by posting. As their contributions are valued by the community, new privileges unlock: commenting, voting, moderation. Territory filters and color-coded post types keep discussions organized across the complexity of a global implementation challenge.
WHO WE ARE
One person. One conviction. One seed planted for humanity.
Ubiforus
was founded by a human being who believes that humanity can move
toward a dignified future. Not an institution. Not a government. Not
a company. A single person convinced that humanity already has the
knowledge to implement UBI, and that the first step is to create a
place where that knowledge can be gathered, challenged, and refined
collectively.
I am tired of waiting for something to
happen. So I decided to build the initial infrastructure of a future
that already needs to exist. The knowledge is already out there
fragmented, scattered across texts that are rarely read,
parliaments, and pilot programs that never scale. Ubiforus is where
it converges. I am not waiting for consensus. I am here to gather
the collective intelligence of humanity around this challenge.

FAQ
What is UBI?
Universal Basic Income is a periodic cash transfer given unconditionally to every individual in a society, regardless of employment status, income, or social condition. No means test. No behavioral requirement. Just a guaranteed economic floor for every human being.
Is this a debate about whether UBI should exist?
No. That debate happened years ago. We are on the next level now. Ubiforus exists for one purpose only: to answer how. How UBI will be implemented across different territories, different economies, different political realities. If you are here to question whether UBI should exist, this is not your place. If you are here to build the how, welcome.
Who can contribute?
Any human who accepts the premise: UBI needs to happen. The implementation of Universal Basic Income is one of the most complex challenges humanity has ever faced. Every territory carries its own economic reality, political structure, and cultural context. There is no single answer. That is precisely why ubiforus exists: to gather the collective intelligence of humanity around this challenge. Every perspective, from every corner of the world, belongs here.
How does the platform work?

The implementation of Universal Basic Income will not happen because governments decided it was time. It will happen because enough people, in enough places, refused to wait. And the people who refuse to wait are exactly the ones who end up here.
Ubiforus was created for you. For the researcher who has spent years studying what governments ignore. For the citizen who sees the cracks in the system every single day. For the thinker who believes humanity is capable of more.
This is not a social network. It is not a debate forum. It is the beginning of an infrastructure that humanity needs and does not yet have. You are not being invited to use a platform. You are being invited to build the future of humanity. This is your place. It was built with you in mind, before you even arrived.
